On 24.03.2016, in the full of excitement and youth atmosphere of Youth Month 2016, the permission of the the Party Committee, and the VLC Group Leaders and Ngo Quyen Union District, Youth Union of VLC JSC organized the contest ""1st 2016 Burning the VLC Fire" - To memorize 85th HoChiMinh Communist Youth Union anniversary(26/3/1931 - 26/3/2016); 5th VLC Group anniversary; To honor the VLC Group Chairman Nguyen Van Thien recieved the "Hero of Labour in the reform era" title.

Attending the contest, the organizers would like to welcome Mr. Nguyen Van Luan - Member of the Standing Committee - full-time officials of Ngo Quyen Union District; Mr. Nguyen Van Vien - VLC Chairman; Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Secretary of Party Committee - Vice Chairman; Mr. Dinh Vu Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union and other Group staff are members of the Standing Committee, the Party Committee - General Director, Chairman of of the trade union, Youth Union secretaries of member companies.
The contest "1st 2016 burning the VLC fire" with full-scale corporation included 6 teams from 7 youth branches. This was a large-scale contests expressing role, solidarity and exchanging of learning with the other teams in VLC Group. The contest organized some parts: We talk about us, the Youth Union is towards VLC Corporation, movement games - The contest created a joyful atmosphere, attracting a large number of officials and union members to participate.
The success of the contest has created the beauty of each Youth Branch, each members expressed spirit, unity and strength of youth union members to participate actively in the overall operation of the contest.

After all the contests, the team from Vilaco JSC Youth Branch won the first prize, the team from Sivico JSC won the second prize. Vico Ltd and Hai Phong Paint JSC won the third prize. The prize "We talk about us most excellent" was awarded to Vico Ltd and the style prize was awarded to Hai Phong Paint 2 JSC.
