Recommended dose:

3 pumps (about 7g) for 1–2 pairs of underwear

Use more for heavier soiling or larger loads
Directions for hand washing:

Wet the items

Apply the recommended amount of wash directly onto the items

Spread it evenly so the marks lift more easily

Soak for 15–30 minutes
